So I took a lot of pictures of my 188 and a few other Buck knives when I was on vacation. Thought they were good till I got home and saw how blurry they were....somewhat disappointing. Not surprising with how many liters of bourbon I brought that I would think my pictures were coming out great:o

I was hoping for seclusion and we didn't see the sign of another person from the time we were dropped on Sunday till Friday night when we were hiking out near the trail head, just a few day hikers with their rods and stringers of trout:thumbup::thumbup: I ate Brookies wrapped in bacon that night. It was a great menu this year. Started with Bison steaks, then bacon wrapped chicken breast, pork loin, tons of trout w bacon, and clear lake dogs(lean beefers wrapped in 2 pieces of bacon doused with Cajun and red pepper)

I learned a 188 is not a good potato or onion cutter:eek::eek: But still felt tough with it strapped to my nylon belt:rolleyes:

I did get a few decent shots of my new 315 that were not too blurry:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::D:D:D

Standing in the clouds.....

Clear Lake Dogs...

My cousin pictured here claims he would take clear lake dogs over the Bison steaks:confused::confused::confused:

Good to have you back ITE. Some very nice looking knives today. For my donation I have a $14 110 that I picked up off the bay. It was one dull knife and in need of some serious TLC. Looks good now.

Another custom knife I did!

Cvovillia, fantastic work!!! The knives and photos reveal a skilled and artistic craftsman of excellent taste.
Your design choices and color combinations are sensational! Really appreciate your work, thanks for showing it here.

STEELHEADBULLY, nice vacation pics. Looks like a great get away.

Wonderful knives being shown by all, thanks guys!

Skyler, good to see u here, looking forward to seeing more pics!!

I've been out & about the last few days. Here is a repost.. a gorgeous MOP 705 with an inlaid flower & (fake) diamond. c.1998. I have no backstory on this one as the seller turned out to be a bit crooked and took my money on some other knives never to be heard from again. I added the clamshell box, I think the knife deserves it.

Wildlife photo. I buried my old dog Heidie about 5 months ago and someone dug her up last week. Reclosed the grave and covered it with patio blocks. Caught this picture over the weekend while I was away. Looks like a Coyote may have been the culprit.
