ITE, I thought it sold for too much. I thought it would go for $450 to $500. But, they are getting harder to find and there are more collectors trying to find them.

I love the SPS! Keep those beauty Bucks coming guys!

Here a knife I finsished on thursday. Its a Snake River Knives Birds eye Damascus with ambi stud. Titanium liners and Carbon Fiber scales.

ITE, great knives as always. I bet Sam Colt would have loved to have any of them. Vice, that is a nice knife. It’s a pity that some people can’t find Buck knives at any local hardware store. In the town I grew up in you can buy them at the grocery store, they keep them up front between the shotgun shells and the binoculars. Brian, great knife and great sheath. I’ve always loved the front bolster on the 112 and to see it incorporated into a fixed-blade is brilliant. I’m going to have to add a 113 to my (ever increasing) list. Seaplane, those knives are both beauties. You and your nephew both have very good taste. I4, If I had a Damascus and stag 110 it would become by EDC just because I would want to keep it on me all the time. Heck, I would even use it… a little. Haebbie, those knives and their cases are all works of art. Good find. JB, I wasn’t the biggest 271 fan until about 5 minutes ago, of course I was sold on 500s a long time ago. You just keep reminding me why. Thanks for the pic. HKingdom that is 18xawesome. It’s nice to see that you have a couple of southpaw sheathes in there. With that many to choose from it would seem like a shame not to give your left hands some options. Sitflyer, nice pic of your go-to knife. I think a well cared for but worn knife has more character than just about any blade. DeSotoSky, those 703s are great looking knives, great lines. Jerad, that is some astounding work. Very nice.

Last week my Vanguard got a new sheath and my 119 was feeling a bit neglected. So I decided to give it a satin finish. The job is still in progress, but I thought I’d post a picture of the present status. I was tempted to give it a mirror polish, but then decided that for a user that might not be the best idea. But then again… we’ll see how it turns out.

Sea, you now have two Bass Pro 110's and a custom shop! Jar, a nice knife. Coyote, I would love to have some green grass like that around our house and a 119. DM

Ok - here is the knife I bought for $5 on the bay - I had never seen one, but I did find that this is really a Buck, I think it is made in China, but the quality is very nice.

The model is 117BKXSP-B

The lockup is vault-like, and the blade will wipe hair from my forearm. It's a little "new wave" for most in this crowd, but I was interested in seeing one.

My youngest granddaughter said that she wanted this new knife, as it looks like a knife that Spiderman would carry lol......

I apologize about the dirty camera, I'll have to clean it up internally...

Stone, amazing work as always. Mqqn, great pictures. I had to check the level in the bottle between the pictures it was in, I would have laughed if it had gone down. Now I have an image in my mind of a whole series of pictures where the bottle goes from full to empty. I'm also curious about where Spiderman would keep a pocket knife, but it does make sense that he would need one. (I'm here to rescue you, Hmmm.... Could he have tied these nots any tighter? Lets see... If I push this loop here that should loosen up the free end... )

Wait! What about a Buck-knife themed Superhero or Superhero team. "Could this be the end for 110 man? Will 124 man ever come out of retirement (so CoyotePhysics can afford to buy one) Will 301 man have to choose between being a rancher and being a superhero? Find out next week, Same blade time, Same blade Channel!"

Hi CoyotePhysics -

Thank you for the compliment, and haha - that's funny.

I poured out a couple of ounces in a snifter and sipped it during the shoot......

I suppose ole' Spidey would have to cut a web now and again.....

best regards -

Thanks for the kind word guys. I’m unsure of the model of the vantage; it’s the small one in 420. All I did was rub the blade back to a 400 grit finish, add a bit of acrylic red paint to the groves and added a Alloy file worked spine just to give a little more strength, The little knife has a hard life but stands up to it like a champion
