Beautiful knives and pics again guys!!! Eric, those Dam. 110s are gorgeous!!

...and it said this 112 stamp was to note "Ebony Inlays", not on this LE?????????? jb4570

jb4570, I have that same 112(I did not see the three dots before, thanks) and those are not ebony inlays from what I see on mine. Nice knife, no matter:thumbup:.

Here's my contribution to the SPS...503 stag. Preston

Here is a set of early Phenolic handled axes. You have to look close to see the sometimes subtle differences. There is a BUCK, a BUCK*, and the remaining ones are BUCK USA--each different. Longer, shorter shanks, longer, shorter handles, and stamped on left side or right side.

Tel, love the picture... I been looking for a axe like your for some time now... I like those ones.... Thanks for sharing on the SPS... ITE ...:thumbup::thumbup:

That Red 110 with NS looks awesome!

Here's my small collection. It's in early stages, but if I stick around here and the BBCI than it should be getting larger in a short period of time.

And here's the one with the Idaho stamp which I never paid attention to until today with this thread. This was my first 110 that I bought a few years ago and it's got me started on this collection.

Big thanks to Gordon for getting me going on my first BCCI knife and encouraging me to join...which I did.

Did you have the knife on the top engraved yourself? If so, who did you send it to? If not, do you know of a good place to get them engraved...that's a question for anyone. I know of Windy Ridge Designs...anywhere else?

Here is a recent Buck 110 I finished with Carrasite scales. Carrasite is a porcelain type Jasper from Oregon.

Windy Ridge Designs will be your best bet. His price is very reasonable. Pardue Silversmith is another one I know of.

I have a couple old Buck's floating around here someplace. After visiting this thread I'll have to dig them out, and perhaps buy a few new ones too!

Great show guys!I enjoy seeing them, since mine are locked up at home.I only brought a non Buck slip joint with me in case I have to toss it or give it away to get on a plane down the road. That Idaho stamped 110 is a collector imho.

I know I intend on collecting at least 1

Here is one more for the show,

I opened the lid on a jewel boxed 112 Ducks Unlimited LE, the brass was tarnished to an orange color:(. So I pulled it out for a quick polish and saw that it was stamped **>* for the year. This has been discussed a few times and I found an old thread where DM talked about a Joe H list in the BCCI 12/05 news letter...cool. I took a look and it said this 112 stamp was to note "Ebony Inlays", not on this LE??????????
