The Sunday Picture Show... (9-29-2013)

Hi All,

Great show going today thank you to Armand and all who have posted to the SPS.

Here is an old scan of some of the Buff handled chippy knives (note the 124's have a silver inlay).

 I really like the "chipy knives" as you call them and I have the more recent issues. I'm going to have to bite the $$ bullet some day to go back and get the Kalinga and Frontiersman from 2006 and 2007. Buck seems to do 1 per year, the only two remaining are the 102 Woodsman and 105 Pathfinder. I wonder if we will see those two in 2014 and 2015.

OK.... Here is as wild as it has gotten here today :)

My trusty 110 Fingergroove got a workout today harvesting Spaghetti and Butternut Squash ;)

The Folding Hunter works great for Hunting Winter Squash.

A recent addition to my herd, I love these micarta 500's :)

My 113 with Ironwood bolsters and mesquite with African blackwood and osage orange spacers...It's really much lighter without the brass.

Does this qualify? I got it on clearance at a big box store for a really good price, thought it would be a good skinner:

It does have some markings I could do without

This one has been getting a workout lately, I like that it's orange because it's easier to find when I set it down in the middle of doing stuff.

ITE and DeSotoSky those translucent handles sure photograph well .

Oregon I must admit that I will probably never wear this belt buckle :(

but maybe someday I may get dressed up and wear it proudly but until then

it's just for looking at .

Great show again this week-not a real surprise:D

Most recent ecolite, a 112-love the knife but it will journey back to Post Falls, pivot way way too tight-no snap at all. I thought these issues were solve and believe they are, this one just slipped past QC.

Great show we have going on today... Thank you all for sharing...:thumbup::thumbup:

Still time for more pictures... Keep them coming... :)

Great SPS! Lots of variety today. The only new knife lately is a 560 from 1998 that I've thrown into my everyday rotation. I haven't been a fan of finger grooves, but with the thumbstud I'm liking it better.

Wow, what a 119 change. Going to be lazy on this great SPS and post photos I was getting ready to put on BCCI website for youth auction.....something you don't see very often......Swiss Buck.....300

Man-O-Man I like spaghetti squash so much I prefer it over pasta. Yes I do. You are set for the winter now Chris. SCORE! I like what you did with the 482/112 rebirth.

BuckLITE 424, no dots and no date code and maroon = made back in the D.A.Y. I did not like small knives before I met the 424 lockback folder. This knife changed my whole attitude toward pocket carry folders.
