A pair of orphan Chipflint 112's I just couldn't pass up a couple of days ago and some web specials for my traditional 'Christmas Bucks' I like to give. I can't think of a better more long lasting gift for family and friends than a USA made Buck..

Nice start with the vintage 119. I attended an NRA banquet this past Friday night, my first one in five years, wouldn't you know it - not a Buck Knife to bid on or try for in a game. I got this Buck 119 at the 2018 banquet (a gift from the NRA rep). I didn't come home empty handed from this years banquet though, I won the auction for the gun of the year (9mm Luger Springfield SA-35) and won a 9mm Glock 19 in a card game. Would love to have had an NRA-BUCK KNIFE though. OH

Thanks JB. I had one long ago, a late war occupation piece that was rough. I sold it to a collector of WW-II German firearms. This is my first new one, I’ve read good reviews of it online. It is jazzed up a bit with polished blue and gold embellishment, but it may just become a shooter anyway. OH

I must have missed you Rog. I was in and out grabbed this leather barrel nut pair. He couldn’t find the sheaths but he had these two double snap scaler sheaths in boxes with the paperwork and receipts. I happily took them to make up for it. Was out the door for $120.

Since I started with a bit of volcano history, I'll repost these Mt Fuji etched 110 pics.
Mt Fuji is the highest peak in Japan at 12,388'. It is located 60 miles SW of Tokyo and last erupted in 1707.
I think the etch might be by Taylor.

Wonderful knife, great stag and nice patina. The etch is well done, sort of expressionistic, but effective.

The Mount Fuji is a hard knife to find but are availeable. I bought one directly from Japan for less. There have been a couple floating around on the Bay too. I bought this knife in the U.S.

They were serialized...
Yes, it is an atypical location.
You can see it on my Mt Fuji knife in the same location. (needs polished)
