124 Custom Clip Point
I think the handles are slabbed phenolic.
Lunch Box knife made from rejected blade with a messed up tang stamp perhaps.

Joe Houser did a short review of the 122/124 knives in the December 2006 newsletter. The white teflon spacer knives were about the first 300-500 made. This one would be the second variation. The first approximately 50 knives were marked BUCK*, had a slightly smaller handle, and the lanyard hole was in the center of the pommel. I've never seen one.

Here is a Buck 124 and some Ruger single actions, all stainless.
Top down, Single Six .22, Old Style Vaquero .45, and Penny's Bearcat .22

I’ve never noticed until this picture that the handle on the 124 is significantly larger than the 119 and 120.

I know what you mean. The pre-date code ones are as are some of the limited editions.

I'm on the other end, I like the big blocky 124's better
