Here is one of my favorite 118's. Stag and damascus from the old custom shop paired with a custom shop sheath.

I'm going to check but my recollection is that if the white ones had a shield they were polypearl and the ones that did not were actual MOP.

Here is a white 382 and I"m not sure what the material is. It doesn't look like either MOP or polypearl—almost like Corian.

Hello everyone and Happy SPS nice knives , here’s a early 118 that went for a SPA a couple years ago and I got this cool vantage from another member this week and I can’t set it down or keep it in my pocket it just flips open and closes great

jb4570 Is that scrimshawed tine handle contemporary to the knife or a recent addition?
Here is my only tine knife, a petite tine Dagger / Letter Opener. 3.75" blade and 9" OAL. Carbon steel blade, not stainless.
The tang stamp pretty much identifies the age, BUCK*.
