interesting. You got an edge/top shot of that one? One spring per blade or are they crinked?
Factory? Got a story to go with it?

I'll have to dig it out of storage. I am thinking it is crinked but I can't remember and have to look at it. I bought a decent-sized slipjoint collection from someone who had close ties to Buck. I have a few interesting prototypes like this one.

Here is a Americacraft knife made by Buck knives this one is getting ready to put in some work and cut this Tri-Tip up for dinner
I really like the smaller serrations on this knife .

Mike, I like that smaller Vantage, been thinking about one to supplement my large Vantage EDC’s. Do you carry that one much, how do you like it. I see C&C has a few of the now discontinued Buck 342 Pro about like yours. Thanks, OH

Hey Bruce, I've had it for several years, but haven't carried it very much. For reasons I can't remember, I initially did not bond with it. Now, when I do carry it, I quite like it. Small, but feels good in hand and cuts well. I like the feel of the G10 (or is it micarta ) better than FRN. I have too many knives* and when I carry a knife with a pocket clip, I tend to grab one of the 110/112 Slim Selects I have laying around.

mbkr thanks Mike! I saw the one like yours on sale, but wanted some idea of what you thought before dropping $110.00 to experiment with one. Bruce
Ps. I might just check the MCX and the PX at Lejeune & Bragg for a 420 version to play around with. Both places had them recently enough I might find one still in stock.
