Hello and welcome to the Sunday Picture Show. Share your Buck knives with others by posting pictures of them here. New or old, plain or custom, user or safe queen, one or a collection, we love to see them all. This weekly tradition was started in 2010 by ItsTooEarly (Armand Hernandez) and Oregon (Steve Dunn). Help keep the tradition alive. Feel free to click that 'LIKE' but lets not let it replace discussing and complimenting each others knives. DeSotoSky (Roger Yost)

This week a 401 Kalinga with Blonde Burlwood and a mirror polished blade. I think is is very attractive. You can find it documented on the 2006 Special Projects List, a serialized run of 100. They were made for "Moteng". I googled the name and Moteng is listed as a wholesale distributor of Sporting Goods.

Thanks once again Roger.
I've always thought the Kalinga was a handsome knife.

I got this one some years back.

Apparently the gentleman on the knife lived an admirable life up until the time the knife was made to dedicate his accomplishments......not so much after the fact.

I've always intended to send it in and have it all polished away.
But hey, it's not the knives fault.
So we get along just fine.😁

Good Morning All. Many Thanks Roger and fellow participants of the SPS.

GPyro GPyro some great bark on your Kalinga. I would have a tough time not polishing ole Duke off. Not for his faults, just for aesthetics of a great knife.

I picked up this Elk bare head from L Larry Oden . Unknown craftsman, thinking maybe she needs a new blade......

That barehead is beautiful.
The color of the antler is a bit unique.
😎

Maybe someday, if I have a knife to send back, I'll get that Kalinga polished.

Thanks!
