Beautiful knives and photography everyone!

Here’s a neat 107 for 1/07: a 1983 transition between the first version and the newer one that showed up in the 1984 catalog, as mentioned by Larry Oden in his June 2005 article. Two pins like the new version, but they are the smaller diameter pins found on the older three pin versions, but with wood handles of the new version and a bolster from the old.

That clamshell is very pristine. I have a number of clamshell items in my collection from that era and they have yellowed and are disintegrating.

In a way it is still in the product line. The 107 was a 4" paring knife sold with a sheath. The 4" paring knife is model 933. The shape has changed slightly though.
