The Sunday Picture Show (January 8th, 2022)

Thanks for another wonderful show.

I saw a couple of finger groove 110s which prompted me to take a picture of these finger groove/serrated custom shop 110s. Some elk, sambar stag, black palmwood, water buffalo, buckeye burl, and ironwood.

Nice knives this morning fellas. That's a well done photo of the 444 redsparrow redsparrow . Special Thanks to Roger and all who participate.

Somewhat of an underdog, the infrequently posted Pursuit series. The 659-large & 661-small folders. The 659 is a great game knife. Really like the sheaths for these folders.

Thank you Matthewstock. The 444s may have been inexpensive (now discontinued) but they are worthy of being located, used and placed in a decent photo. Mine is Pure EDC, a joy to carry and use. :)

BTW, nice Pursuits... ^^^
On this snowy morning a pair of Cabela's AG 110s, the way the Good Lord intended, with DLC coated S30V blades. The '04 model sports a stamped tang while the '14 has an etched tang.

... and those Alaskan Guides ^^^ WOW!

A nice brace of Alaskan Guides. I think the '04 model would be TiN, not DLC. Anyone?

So about 15 minutes of research on the subject has left me with no clear indication. I can say in the hand and at the same angle to light the 04 and 14 blade finishes appear identical.

Quite nice LT you've got there Hickory n steel Hickory n steel . Very nice blade profile/grind.
