Your Dad set you up well - with that trio it's just want to have vs. need to have. OHA trio of Bucks given to me by my Dad over the years. 119, 110 and 309. I own other knives, but in reality, I could probably have made it with just these.

Made in 1967.I'm calling this my Fathers Day gift to myself, the June 2021 BOTM. It came quick, 3 days from Idaho to Missouri. Green G10 handles, drop point S30V blade, and a brushed nickel silver frame. I like that the BOS S30V logo has been moved off the blade to the tang. If you look closely at the main tang stamp you will notice there is an asterisk following 110 *. What is up with that? I've not seen a marking like that before. Also there is no date code. Fit and finish is perfect.

My guess would be that it's a Custom Shop blem blade that might have been repurposed into another handle.DeSotoSky
It's Buck's Anvil on the tang over CUSTOM over USA but I'm not sure what's custom about it.
Possibly just advertisement for the custom shop.
BTW, thanks for heading up the SPS each week.
That's incredible. You would be a very successful salesman today using that case.almost there---need 2 old small folders..all the rest old 1 liners...nice salesman sample case....

Those have a great blade profile.A trio of Bucks given to me by my Dad over the years. 119, 110 and 309. I own other knives, but in reality, I could probably have made it with just these.

Long time no see, Steve, nice to „meet“ you.C.J.’s EDC, taken @ Buck Factory Sale the other day. BTW I thanked him for hosting Stumps, Haebbie and myself 10 years earlier @ the BCCI bash and giving us access to his and his father’s office for photo ops. Excellent cutlery/photos, tool box!

Moose video Black Horse Lake, Turnbull NWR, near Cheney WA, just Sourh of Post Falls a bit:
Get out VorpalrainHere's an odd 121. I'll call it my Father's Day mystery knife.
Came out with a batch of 121s with various handles and marked with the Idaho stamp.
This version was supposed to have brass pommel and guard.......this is the only one I've seen that was not done in brass.
A mistake? Well, it was a happy mistake for me.
