Hello and welcome to the Sunday Picture Show. Share your Buck knives with others by posting pictures of them here. New or old, plain or custom, user or safe queen, one or a collection, we love to see them all. This weekly tradition was started in 2010 by ItsTooEarly (Armand Hernandez) and Oregon (Steve Dunn). Help keep the tradition alive. Feel free to click that 'LIKE' but lets not let it replace discussing and complimenting each others knives. DeSotoSky (Roger Yost)

My opening pitch this week is a 116 Caper from 2017. Cocobolo and brass with a 420HC blade.
This was a Joe Houser build-out, 1 of 38.

This is a caper of sorts, but not the kind you want.
Back in 2019 I had a heart attack in my driveway, wasn't sure what it was and hopped on my motorcycle to go work.
I made it maybe 2 miles, realized I was in trouble, turned around and blacked out as I hit 2nd gear.
I came to as the bike was pitching me off as it was lurching to a stop about a mile down the road, I'd jumped a ditch, ripped through a cornfield, went inbetween two trees and was about to go into a rut in front of a chain link fence.
I didn't think to ask what gear the bike was in but the tow truck guy said it took a long time to disentagle the corn stalks.
I know I was panicked, I think I had it pegged in 6th gear.
When I got the bike home (after a stent and a night in the hospital) and started it up, it smelled like popcorn.
Not a scratch on me, full leathers and this pre-loved helmet, only used by a little old lady on Sundays, stored indoors in a pet free, smoke free home...
I did go back and took an ear of corn as a souvineer.

Happy Sunday and thank you to everyone who shares their awesome knives.

I picked this one up on the bay several years ago. I don’t know anything about its origin but I really liked the curved antler.

My thanks to Roger and all of you fine Buck loving people. My personal favorite this week goes to wonderboy1377s wonderboy1377s . What a beautifully unique Buck knife!

Hi to All the Buck Nuts & Happy SPS. Thank you Roger for your dedication to all of us here for your work of love, the SPS. As always, thank you to each of you who takes the time to post photos or add to the conversation.

My first day off after 9 consecutive 12 hour shifts, got off at 0500 AM and have to be back at 0500 AM tomorrow. I've got some stuff to do today so old photos for now, will try to add a story with some new photos after my chores are done.

I love the 116, only have two of them (so far).
