I’m glad Buck continues to off SPA, they do a great job. They can’t be making anything off the service. I sure hope it doesn’t go away but wouldn’t surprise me if it did.

Roger - You are looking at a reflection but the so called slit is actually the plunge line on the cake knife. See Mikes 1st picture he posted.

James is correct! just looks different with the reflection, but it's where the grind starts at the plunge line.

Upon reflection it is obvious to me now. Thanks.
