The Sunday Picture Show (March 9th, 2025)

Thank you Roger for doing the Sunday Picture Show and for the double whammy history lesson. This is a 2018 take apart Aluminum club knife with optional olive drab linen Micarta scales, an after market ‘’Lighting” Damascus blade, and a Tritium fob.IMG_3123.png

I'm starting to feel like a broken record reposting old stuff. Since the SPS started this week with Japan, I have a model 204 Koji Folder. ATS-34 blade and a burlwood handle. A collaboration between Japanese custom knife maker Koji Hara and Buck, the most striking feature is the step stone bolster. New in the 2001 catalog and listed thru 2006. In 2007 the model 204 makes one last apearance as the LImited Edition Yellowhorse "Night Hunter". The Koji Folder is joined by the 208 Fixed Blade and 205 Kojj Dagger in the mid-year 2003 catalog and both continued thru 2006 along with the 204. Two more tidbits, the blade logo is a symbol of Mt Fuji and the knives were made by the Sakai Company in Seki City, Japan.
