Hello and welcome to the Sunday Picture Show. Share your Buck knives with others by posting pictures of them here. New or old, plain or custom, user or safe queen, one or a collection, we love to see them all. This weekly tradition was started in 2010 by ItsTooEarly (Armand Hernandez) and Oregon (Steve Dunn). Help keep the tradition alive. Feel free to click that 'LIKE' but lets not let it replace discussing and complimenting each others knives. Above all, enjoy the show. DeSotoSky (Roger Yost)

Buck 346 Vantage made for the Virginia Department of Game & Inland Fisheries (DGIF). Attractive Ivory Micarta handle in a Cherry wood display box (made in Virginia). A limited edition of 600 and can be found documented on the 2019 Special Projects list. In years past they were an annual offering. This one is plain in comparison to the others. They came in a Cherry wood box with a wildlife scene laser etched on the lid. A matching wildlife image was etched on the blade. This one is still available and very reasonably priced. A simple google search will find it. I am not sure if any of the others are still available.

On this date May 28th, 1830 President Andrew Jackson signed the Indian Removal Act into law.

The Trail of Tears was an ethnic cleansing and forced displacement of approximately 60,000 people of the "Five Civilized Tribes" between 1830 and 1850 by the United States government. (wiki)

The map shows the routes of the five southeastern tribes that were forced to leave their homelands in the Southeast and live in Indian Territory in what is now Oklahoma.

This knife was done for the Trail of Tears motorcycle ride.

Here is a couple you never see or hear of. A couple fish knives which were most likely rebladed years ago by Al Buck in the early 60's.
One is stamped "BUCK" and the other is done in electric pencil.

Some Brass Drop Point 420HC today while I wait for their Nickle Silver partners to arrive. What a thrill it is to own knives like this. The 110 and 112 in Ebony is awesome! Great SPS today. Enjoy the weekend everyone.
