The Sunday Picture Show (May 30, 2021)

I believe David was also a fan of the 500 Duke. Here's one for you DM

I haven't been on the Buck Forum since last week and was totally shocked to read the news about David. He and I enjoyed several discussions about Browning shotguns and bird hunting in addition to the discussions here about Buck Knives. Rest in Peace David, I have lost a good friend in you. Going to really miss David's presence here. OH

After seeing all of the posts over the years of David Martins large Trapper in use and being a fan of the larger sized folders I bought this one. When it arrived the number of the knife was 1960 my birth year (wow). David, I can't help but imaging yourself, David Hallmark, and Marvin Finden sitting around a table in heaven talking Buck knives with Hoyt Buck, Al Buck, and Chuck Buck (please save a seat for one day in the future I'll join all of you in that conversation Sir). Rest in peace Brother your already missed by so many here on Earth!

I remember you from the YESTREDAY's, I'm thinking of you TODAY, and I will see you in the TOMORROW's!

God Bless you all my Brothers of all things Buck

Thanks to all who participated or shared in this weeks SPS.
I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend.
Hope to see you all again next week but feel free to continue to post and comment here until then.

Spoiler alert. I'm thinking about showing some fillet knives next week.

No filet knives. I’m sure it will be a good show.
If you're needing one, I know Craig has a hell of a deal on a Sawby Tru-Blue. (last time I checked) It has an interesting tang stamp.
Even without a fillet knife I know your closet has lots of other goodies to share with us.
I think the theme angle is fun but I hope it does not discourage other participation.
I'd drop it if it discouraged some people from posting on the show.

I like the theme idea, I don't have a Buck filet knife...yet. I will participate and show other Buck knives even if I can't follow a theme and would like others to show their Buck knives shown even if they don't follow the theme.

Even though it wasnt themed before it still usually followed the theme of the first or first few posts, and as it has always been said, run what ya brung, ok well it wasnt said that way but...you get the point.

I do appreciate the heads-up on the next weeks theme. It gives me a chance to dress my knives in there Sunday's best outfits for pictures. 🤣

if I have said knife and easy to get to ill dig it out, if I dont ill post what I got on me. enjoy others with immense collections showing examples of said topic knife though. for me it's a win win either way.

have no filet Buck, but ill enjoy others variety of them.
