The Sunday Picture Show (October 24, 2021)

It appears we have a second new SPS poster this week. Welcome JW225 JW225 , hope to see you on many more Sundays.

Much appreciated, DeSotoSky DeSotoSky . I have lurked here for some time, just absorbing the amazing depth of everyone's contributions. Decided to take the plunge this week. ;)

Thanks for hosting this amazing thread week in and week out!

I'm going to give y'all a break from my commentary.
It's nice out and the wife & dog wanna go for a ride.
A quick stop at Circle K for gas and a Sip n Save and we'll hit the road.

One more Ironwood for the show before I head out. I've posted this before.
A Brian Yellowhorse 110. The handles are Ironwood, Turquoise, and Red Spiny Oyster.
The brass bolsters are enhanced with a deeply engraved Elk profile. A SMKW exclusive numbering 100.
A 2014 50th Anniversary 110. Early tang stamp before they added 'BUCK'.

O.B.

The only facts I have are as follows:

It was crafted by a company called Norseman.

It is serial #002.

It doesn't appear to be the current company named Norseman owned by John Grimsmo.

I had located the name of the owner of other company named Norseman many years ago but any attempt to find more information only led to a dead end.I have since lost that information.

This is the only 112 that I've ever seen.I did view a Buck 110 just like this one but it was already sold. That's the only 110 that I've ever seen as well.

Hi All & Happy SPS Evening,

Wow what a long day in the Cyclone Bomb rainstorm here in California (That is what the Media is calling it). Anyway, I'm home now wet close changed and enjoying the show. Thank you Roger for hosting this weekly event and I'm much obliged to all who post photos and add to the fellowship on the SPS.

As I missed the BOTM Ironwood 500, I'll post a different Ironwood 500 & freinds.

Yeah... we're getting hit hard by a one-two punch of storm conditions... the "Bomb" cyclone, that for is all intent and purposes acting like a swirling Hurricane and drawing moisture up from the south. Ahead of that, we also had a so called "atmospheric river' or as one weather reporter here called it, a fire hose in the sky, has funneled massive amounts of atmospheric water into Norther California.

Where I'm at, it's been raining steadily since around 8PM Saturday night. It's a rural area where the small town I'm at is located, we have no storm drains, the streets are flooded and so is my garage. And this is the first big storm of the season... it's going to be a looong Winter if this going to be what we're in for this year.

OK storm rant over..... what I came here to say is, that is some spectacular DI on the 500. With a knife like that, you didn't miss much by not getting in on the BOTM.

sportingspecialists that 112 with the inlay is fantastic! I think there were 4 or possibly 5 different designs in the series. But I don't know if all made it to production. This was over 7 years ago I 'think'. I bid on one that showed up on Ebay but was sniped in the last 3 seconds. I was do remember seeing a group picture..A very, very rare 112!
