I know this is off topic however, when California comes up with some crazy idea it usually flows to the East Coast, and then the territories look at what the east coast is doing and they decide well we should do it too, in the territory of Puerto Rico you must have a inspection every year and it also includes an emissions test. If you don't pass the test you don't drive the car. But the knife law in Puerto Rico are a lot different than California. I hope they keep them the way they are. At least here you can carry any knife you want basically daggers, batons all kinds of different knives. And guns now too!You got that right, but maybe a change in spelling is due.....COMMIEFORNIA
