Tony was going to forge a sword, handle and guard in few hours. I had to leave early so could not see the final result.
Tony has a storefront with a shop in the back full of equipment.
It was a tight fit today with about 20 or so people, some from a blacksmiths club.
Tony will make a duplicate of this sword
I think this is Tony putting a flux powder on the welded bars billet (apologies if I don't have all the terminology correct)
the welded bars were already prepared in advance
