Congrats on quitting bro. The knife is nice too but I think the quitting part is something to be truly proud of. My grandfather died from lung cancer and it always makes me happy to see someone kicking the habit. Good work
 
Sorry about your Grandfather. It's rough I know. I work in a Pharmacy and it's kinda sad to see some of the people outside sucking down that cig right before they come in for an inhaler that they need due to asthma or emphysema.
 
You should set another goal and get a Mnandi as a reward. I just picked up one because I was in the market for a gent's folder and it is awesome.:D
 
congrats on quitting and nice knife. I quit a little over 2 years ago... the urge to smoke completely went away a long time ago. I haven't thought about how much money it saved me since I quit.... I think I saved enough to buy a sebenza and something else!
 
Congratulations! Quitting smoking is a hell of an achievement.

Knives are what kept me focused on staying quit. I had the same deal with my wife. If I started again I would have to give up all my knives.

It worked!
 
grimtongue….Congratulations. I can relate to your ordeal. After smoking for 42 years I had my last one May 13, nine months ago and my first CRK is in the mail as I type this. I’m rather anxious

Thanks to all of you for your congrats and well wishes. I'm still smoke free and the Seb has literally not left my pocket since I got it. No small feat considering the many great choices that I have. Well worth the money considering that it replaced thousands of dollars worth of lesser knives.

Not many people can afford a Sebenza, but fewer people still can earn one. Good job.
 
don't forget to buy another one when you reach your 1 year off of the cigarettes anniversary. you earned it!
