Hanging Tough

IMG_1205.jpg

Just loving that shot of a great knife. The #85 speaks to me ...... been carrying around my second iteration for the past two plus months without fail (except 2 days that I chose another). Mine is Cocobolo, that is darkening VERY nicely. Yours looks very well used!! I like it.....hanging tough with the #85! Classic!!

Peter

Thank you Peter!

I'm keen on the 85, merits more attention frankly. This one is in stag which when it arrived was a bit bland looking (and bulbous on the pile side) trimmed that obesity down then gave it a tea dye bath. The end result pleased me a lot and gives a 'Mammothish' aspect to the knife and I stand by it:D

Willgoy, great picture of a great looking knife. The handles are beautiful. I am becoming a real fan of the spear blade.

Jim

Thanks Jim, I think it's the longpull that really helps set off the rather broad leaf-like Spear. Patina's a bit spotty on this but it will settle down. I find it a really useful blade and it suits the frame of the knife more than Clip.
