I've been carrying these two for the past few days. More later - if I get my chores done! ;)

Have a great Sunday everyone

Great looking knives, Jack! :)

I haven´t posted in here for a long time... so here are some nice recently made shots ;)

Thanks Andi, so is your your 'bet' over now my friend?

No it is not over yet. But the content of the bet was not to carry more than these precious three. There was no word of not owning/fondling and collecting ;)

It will end on Tuesday midnight ;)

Prepping some venison backstrap with Bark River's recent interpretation of the "Hudson Bay Trade Knife," in sheep horn and A2 steel. A fine meal deserves a fine knife...

Lounging around with these two getting ready to watch the Steelers clinch a playoff spot. Hopefully....

How does the A2 take and hold an edge? I used a medium trapper on a doe Thursday that I donated to the local food bank.

Bark River's A2 is one of my favorite 'field' steels. It holds an edge quite well, but is still easy to touch up in the field with just a leather strop. I've become more partial to CPM3V for my heavier-use knives, but A2 is a great all-around steel, imo.

Beautiful Wharncliffs, PAGs! That Bose is a thing of beauty!!

Thank you Jack, this English Gentleman Jack knife was designed by Dan Burke for Queen, back in the early 2000s. You could get either MOP or Black Lip MOP. I will carry it occasionally, when its a dressier affair.
