It's a Queen #22 from 1976:

These are interesting knives. The frame and bolsters are all one piece, and the springs are almost full enclosed on the back. The little protrusions you see beneath the pivot pin are the spring ends. I've heard about these, but have never seen one until this morning, a dealer at a flea market had two! Needless to say... Well, you know.
