I've mainly been carrying these two this week, my pocket-hogging Hartshead Barlow, and Charlie's Black Jack

And I've been using this Nicholas Nichols custom, a very generous gift from @ReaperAL in the kitchen

The Black Jack and the HHB are each a fistful of knife let alone pocket hoggers! My HHB and Black Jack are my favorites.

Have you put that Black Jack to work yet? I have mine still under wraps and have not had the intestinal fortitude to use it ...yet.

I've carried it several times, but only used it lightly. I'd like to preserve the etch for as long as possible

Probably true, given the American Heritage.
But these two items represent my EDC choices, with me practically every day.
Truth be told, when I was roping I never went without a Spyderco Delica. I needed that one hand operation.
