I haven't tried yet Jack. It arrived yesterday and can use a slight touch up, but it should be ok for now (photo model).

I've only had one knife from that range, and it came blunt, and never really took an edge. That was about 15 years ago, and always interested to know. I've had a couple of dozen knives from the Boker Plus range, and with a couple of exceptions, they've all come very sharp
