This is the best knife I've made so far. The unique deeply fileworked and engraved spine and deep engraving on the choil area, deep relief engraving on bolster and pommel and overall shape. Everything works as one in that beautiful knife. I'll be honest; I still often take it in my hands just to look at it. I love it.
So here it is:
Blade is 7" long and 1-1/2" wide, flat ground from A2 steel, 58HRC, cryoed(Paul Bos).
The pommel and bolster are nickel-silver. They are brazed and engraved in the same style and motif as on the blade.
All engravings are blued to reveal the volume.
The handle is Calro Walnut, finished to 1200 grit and treated with Tung Oil.
I made the sheath from the nice piece of vegitanned leather. It is hand sewn and fitted just for that knife. It is dyed and deep treated with Lexol NF. I carved the throat with the same design and motif as on the blade and on the bolster\pommel. The button is flat carved and blued to match the engraving design.
The knife is removed from sale area and is not for sale anymore. Thank you.

Absoulelty stunning, you set your own standard for knife making really.

At a loss for words to say how nice that is, so I will leave it at that :)

Dmitry, that is simply stunning. Words are pretty much failing me on this one. It's just that good....

P.S. Even my wife, who thinks $100 for a knife is too much $$ agreed this is a great deal! Somebody snatch this one up!

Is it heat treated by Paul Bos? I assume it is if as you sad it is crio treated. You should mention this - it is important. Paul Bos heat treatment is very respected and majority of custom makers here use his service - to assure their customers that blade will be perfectly heat treated.

Thanks, Vassili.

Dmitry.M, very nice work  , flow from the trigger/bolster into the work on the spine is exceptional. Great looking pattern. I'll bet that wasn't completed in one evening ;) Are you "guaranteeing no copies" because of the "fun" you had with this one :D.For all of the work in that piece that is a great price. Nice job Dmitry

It is much simplier. I do not make the same knife twice or more. It is my law and my way. It might sound stupid, but I am what I am. I make One-Of-A-Kind knifes ONLY.
