A few years ago I began to hear about the TW90 grinder and after checking into it, I bought one. For me this is the perfect grinder. It is solid, quiet, vibration free, has very precise tracking, and can be used in the vertical mode and the horizontal mode. It has the quick change feature which for me is a must. In a few seconds I can go from a 14" contact wheel to a flat platen.
My expectations are seldom exceeded, but the TW90 grinder has far exceeded my expectations. Of the grinders I own, the TW90 is by far the best. I really enjoy using it.
I also have the surface grinder attachment and it works great.
I also have a home made 2.72" grinder, but I won't review it.
I hope my reviewing the square wheel, burr king, JL, Dozier and TW90 grinders will help someone make a good choice when they decide to buy one.
