Ive noticed in my research of cmp 3v that thier seems to be two recipes that people use..Crucibles data with no cryo and 1000* starting temper(but I have read a lot about 950* tempers) then some use a recipe consisting of cryo and then 400* tempers..Now with a 1000* temper wouldent that convert most if not all of the RA?
Have knifemakers found a substantial benifit of reducing Ra with the cryo over the 1000* temper(other than the benifits often attributed to cryo)?
