I agree, the 707 Sequel is one of the best designs BM has ever made.
The size, shape and design are so well balanced. The AXIs lock is just the icing on the cake. It is a perfect EDC, not too small and not too large. Classy knife with enough muscle to handle most anything the urban environment might throw at you.
I have the 707-701 Sequel, which was a limited edition, which was only to be sold outside the USA. I guess BM couldnt sell them all abroad and decided to offer the remainder in the states. I bought one when they did that. To my surprise, I found that the build quality of that knife was noticeably better than the U.S. offerings. (I wasnt the only one, other 707-701 owners mentioned the same thing and many BM aficionados werent too happy about the discrepancy.)
But, I digress.
Many knives have come and gone since I bought the 707 but the Sequel has always remained a favorite and will never be sold or given away. It is a proven winner in my book.
