My favorite right now is my RAM, granted I just got it so that might be part of it. I can see how any axis lock would be equally fun (haven't had one... yet). My favorite assisted to play with is my spec bump, the stud lock is so fast and easy to close (for an assisted ).

+1 on the Kershaw RAM.., it's almost addicting to sit and flip it open and closed. Also like the Kershaw JYD 2 and the BM Grip because they make a pretty authoritative "thwack" when they open. BM Deja Vu and Boker Exskelibur and fun to mess with too because they're so smooth.
