The Ultimate Sebenza Options List

O man, Im jealous. The lochsa is a knife I would give anything to have but realistically probably will never have a chance to own one. Its probably one of the hardest
knives to get a hold of. Would love to see some pics when you recieve yours.

I'm with you on that one. I had a chance to snatch one up from nthdegreeknives but the price tag was outrageous....1800 bux for an s30v single lug version...i can't even imagine what the dual s90v would fetch on the secondary market....just plain crazy, at that price tag I think you would be able to find a custom maker to fabricate you one similar in design and still have money left over for a sweet sharpening setup and still make a payment on a new vehicle.

Last fall (September 30th) for no real reason I emailed Scott Cook to ask that if he ever did take new orders for Lochsas again, that I would be interested. He replied that he was in fact planning on taking new orders soon and to keep my eyes open. Well, the next day (October 1) he sent out an email saying that he was taking new orders. I replied so fast I didn't even spell check. At 10:15am on October 2nd, he stopped taking orders and I was on the list and confirmed. A double-lug with S90V.

Just happened to be in the right place at the right time, I guess. Doesn't happen that often.

Can you send him another email please :D I'd love to have that order window open again.

You forgot the beadblasted screws option. It's a lesser known option but beadblasted screws look killer.

To get my rocks off I would require a set of four :D. Large, medium(!), small, and umfaan with plain jane 21 style handle, s35vn stonewashed blade, single silver stud and spacer, bead blasted screws, no lanyard hole, no "Idaho Made", perforated washers, hold the serrations. Shaken, not stirred.

Added to the list, cheers. I always thought it was done by owners when I saw photos of bead-blasted screws.

I'd actually like a "Medium" blade, which doesn't exist yet, drop point with swedge
S90V or S110V core with a SS damascus ladder or twist clad (Would settle for a D2 or S35VN core)
Mammoth Inlay, blues, greens, & tan/creams
Meteorite or damascus cabochon
Gold thumbstud, depending on the mammoth colors. Could also go for a damascus thumbstud.
NO serrations (sacrilege)
Damascus backspacer
Screws: depending on the mammoth, something to blend in as they aren't really something that is a standout feature, should blend.

I got on the list as well, I hope it is not a 5 year wait.
