Received no knives today. Not even the Kayaking knife that I've asked for for several years in a row. (Maybe next year.) But I gave my 13 year old nephew a nice looking Coast folder. It seemed to be well received. My Mini Ritter Grip opened a few packages for the folks sitting nearby.
That's the spirit!My plan was to not buy a knife this year. I think I bought more in 2019 than ever before...

It's the Lars Falt Lock Back model with curly birch handles. I wasn't even familiar with the brand, let alone the knife, and that takes some doing! But now that I have it, I must say that this knife is excellent! The fit and finish are fantastic. The sculpted handle feels amazing in the hand. And the Bohler N690 blade is super-sharp.
I am extremely pleased with this knife and have put it to work already. What a great gift!

Steve!! Thats a beauty! I have a small fixed bladed Casstrom that I clean waterfowl with. By far my favorite little fixie. Congrats! May it serve you well!
