The universally acceptable knife

Well, of course I'm not going to accept any pre-broken knife (nor will my brainwashed cult of fanatical followers, the Extremist Wing of the CTT aka Cougarites) -- I mean the kind of knife that has a joint in the middle -- and some people are not going to accept any knife that doesn't have that feature ... so I don't think we're going to find a literally universally acceptable knife. We could come closer if we narrow it down to a category -- we might find an almost universally acceptable paring knife, or hunting knife, or if we're willing to settle for a majority we might find a general-purpose carry knife that's acceptable to more than 50% -- even getting 50% acceptability might be difficult there, though. Many people like the Sebenza, for instance, but many others think a flat handle with corners, hollow grind, and stainless steel are all unacceptable features, even aside from that stupid joint in the middle. Good luck, Ken, you're gonna need it....
