The USA Made Blade show us your well used knife ZT giveaway!

This was my father's creation, his first real knife made by him. Indian Creek Knifeworks, and though he isn't currently making knives, I use this one every time I go camping. Black Walnut scales and made from oil tempered disk harrow blade.

It is hard to sharpen but keeps a shaving edge like you wouldn't believe :)

CRKT Drifter, been a good user, has lockrock now :grumpy:

I hope you don’t mind, but I couldn’t choose just one! I use all of my knives, but these are the ones that show it off the best:

My trusty ESEEs

A couple of my well worn Spydies (I especially love how that H1 wears)

My Emersons have done a thing or two

My Thermite

To be fair, these last two had a hard life before I rescued them, but I’ve put them to good use (Benchmade and Cold Steel)

…and thanks so much for the GAW!

Edit: Oops! were we only supposed to put USA made knives? I think a couple of those don't fit the bill. I'll delete the pics if you need me to.

This was my first "real" knife. Carried it for quite awhile and the addiction began. I was and still am impressed with the speed safe function of Kershaws. People just love this knife when they see me carrying it.

I've had this for over 6 years, used it hard, sharpened a lot, the clip's been bent and re-bent several times, the other side of the blade has a pockmark on it where a live lead had shorted out on it a few years back. A week ago, the torsion spring broke. KAI emailed me that since the 1596 Spec Bump was discontinued, they can't send me a replacement spring? I would have thought the 1595 Speedbump would use the same spring? Same knife, different bladesteel & scales...

Not all my wear but some is on my ZT 0400. Love this knife. Thanks for the great GAW.

I bought this one at a gun show out of the $1 box back in 1984. Was my first "real" pocket knife.

I bought this one when I was 18 and had to quit my job at the local hardware store when I sent to college. This knife has done everything I've needed it to do; clean fish, skin squirrels, whittle, open sack-crete bags, etc. I don't carry it much these days because I carry more modern knives now. It's a classic though.

None of my knifes sit on a shelf unused. Here's a shot of my Sebenza giving me a hand with some yard work.

Thanks for the opportunity. The 0801 is one I've eyed for a while but something else always comes up.

This is my user, got it from a buddy that did not make it back from Afghanistan. He gave it to me as a gift and told me to use it because that is what it was made for. I carried this knife everyday for 6 years and it has now been retired into my knife show case. I edc it every once in awhile for old time sake.

Thanks so much for the giveaway!
I have to agree with Armadew, Yellow Salt knives show wear nicely :)
By the way great minds must think alike, I also dyed the butt of the handle black so it wouldn't stick out of the pocket.

Thanks for the chance, never owned any ZT/KAI knives. After drastically reducing the edge angles and spending a lot of time on the strop, this $30 knife is the sharpest I own and has sliced hundreds of apples, seen a straight month of camping and hiking carry, never missed a beat.

This is my hardest used knife. I have put it through some serious use numerous times and all it does it ask for more. I'm genuinely surprised how hard use this 0300 is.

Zero blade play and fires like a rocket.

2 years of carry

I am in, thank you for the giveaway. This CS Lawman actually looks a lot worse now. I will try and update the pic.

Well whitty, would like to be apart of this fun give away, it's just I have no idea how to post images/pictures anywhere on the web.

My work/shop knife is a re-shaped/damaged German Chef's knife. Recovered from my Aunt & Uncle, a reminder of them. The tip was broken off and now it looks, and would be one of my bushcraft/survival/utility, like a drop-point bushcraft. Just feels good in the hands.

Thanks for the chance. This is my CS Recon 1. It has been an ice pick, cut through brush and roots to make a better path to my apartment patio from the parking lot, whittled while camping, and has been well used but not abused.

This is a partial picture of the blade of my SOG Seal Pup. For 8 years it was my camping knife, but it also did lots of chores around my apartment and my parents house when I lived at home(many moons ago). Its been through hell and high water and stuck by my side.

Couple military work EDC's and roofing with a manix

All my knifes are carried and used but these three are/were my working blades

My Richmond Artifex 240 mm gyuto in aebl (on the right) certainly not abused but definitely well used. It amazes me how people will spend hundreds on folders but refuse to spend 75 on a decent kitchen knife. It makes preparing food such a better experience

I'm in, thanks for the cool GAW chance!! When I first got my BK-9, I went to work on a tree that was growing where it shouldn't have been:)

Thanks for running the giveaway! I've been using this one almost exclusively since I got it, closing in on a full year.
