The Utili-Kilt?

If you got caught wearing that White Kilt in parts of Louisiana where I lived, they would shoot you no questions asked. :eek:
 
Wear them more often now I have more than one, especially in the heat. No real negative comments, though.

Of course, 19 years in the Military as a Military Policeman, several knives and two guns at all times, I really don't care what anyone says anyway. If they try something, I'm more than capable and willing to respond in kind if needed.

Grew up in upstate NY where this was more common, though not an everyday sight. More Ren Faires and Highland games than here in Alabama.
