Purchased an IWB for my FN compact from them. Shipped very quickly. I wasn't 100% sure of retention due to a novel way of making the belt loop or clip. I voiced my concerns to them, they then sent me, free, a pair of loops with assorted screws and attachment apparatus for a secondary way of wearing it.
Not being technically savvy, Doug offered to walk me through the process any time to make sure I was satisfied. Due to work constraints I haven't really completed that, but I have continued to test the holster in its original configuration for retention, staying put on the belt, comfort, etc.
I can tell you that this is easily one of the finest inside waist band low profile easy to draw kydex holsters I've ever used. I have many from Badger, Frontline, Clinger.... all good so far. But the contouring or molding on this is superb, no extraneous material, snug fit but easy to draw, and the attachment loop moves with my movement.
Definitely recommend their product, their personal service, and their prices! I paid $28 all in.
