Just completed a US to Aus deal with "ctrsurf" (for a knife I wanted VERY much). I cannot properly express how patient he was (as I needed to get some $s transferred/deposited into the my linked Paypal account) and how easily he worked with me to get the postage right for the trip here. Annoyingly it sat with Aus Post from the 18th till just now (the bastages should have realised it WAS MY CHRISTMAS GIFT TO ME :grumpy::grumpy: )when my ancient parcel guy banged on the door !!!
