The Walking Dead season 6 *spoiler alert* Read at own risk!

I won't miss the "boss lady" one bit. However, I hope somebody beats the crap out of that idiot Morgan! So far, his "peacenik" attitude has cause Rick to lose the camper because he let 6 Wolves go and now the "doctor" is a captive of another Wolf he didn't kill when he had the chance, he got beat on the head by the Wolf, the Wolf now has at least one gun. Morgan needs to either change his attitude or die! I hope Carol wakes up before Morgan and sticks a knife in his brain!!!! And "porch dick's" brats need to become walker bait as well. Both of them are useless for anything else. Eugene, too! I'm tired of him always being "saved" by other members of the group. The only thing he has contributed to the group that I can recall is he was able to pick a lock. And I agree, never, never, never, lay down your guns when someone else, who is a known killer, is armed with just a knife! TAKE THE SHOT!!! You lay down your gun and he is going to be armed with a gun as well as the knife! Then you are ALL at his mercy and not just the "doctor"! Stupid move!
 
It's all about mid-season drama. They make incredible head shots without aiming from long distances yet cannot hit a "w" at close range?

I think tuica has a point......I would've shit my pants if someone hadn't prepared me for it. now there's a flip side to that coin. maybe it's me......but I was thinking about it a few hours later......if My Mom would've been there with me, or any of the Parents I grew up with....I would've had guts shoved in my mouth the second I let out the first "Mom?". Almost like when you see that Spoiled kid going on and on in the store and someone wishing the boy's parents would beat his ass.
 
You know I understand Dale being a pacifist when it all broke out, he knew monsters like the Governor would be created and he didn't want his group to turn out like that. But Morgan being a pacifist this late in the game just because he met a guy in a secluded cabin in the woods, not sure if I'm buying it. Plus I think Michonne wants to build a new Alexandria...she has the blueprints and she wants the dream to come true...
 
Not the worst episode but not the big midseason send off I was anticipating. As far as Carol I thought it was pretty stupid with walkers swarming the place her most urgent need was to kill the wolf guy they had tied up under lock and key. Like that's a major priority? I agree on the porch dicks kids, good riddance at the first opportunity. Carl should have shot the older one as soon as he got him alone and took the gun away from him. As far as Abraham, Sasha and Darryl that RPG would have cleared the road for them quick enough. Oh, and Maggie. If I had a herd of walkers behind me I could have climbed that ladder with no feet faster than she did.
 
Also too much pointless discussion. Reading a history book? Use whatever you can to force your way through those flimsy sheetrock walls perhaps???...;-)

Exactly. I watched that scene a few times and from my estimate they couldn't have been more than 5-6 yards away from the Wolf. I have never been great with a handgun but I can still put a whole magazine in to the head portion of a silhouette target at TEN yards. Also, the Wolf wasn't even standing completely behind the doctor, it was more like right next to her. His entire head was exposed the whole time. And they didn't take the shot. Absurd.

And the whole Morgan thing is just beyond stupid now. I hate to say it, but I'm really kinda turned off by this show now. Too many inconsistencies and getting a bit too ridiculous. Seems like a show meant for young teenagers now.
 
Yea. They almost lost me last season, but its the only episodic TV program I watch. Well, everything has its lifespan...;-)

Like many others here, I was hoping that someone would take the shot at the wolf. The proximity made taking that shot very doable. However, it's an entire different thing when a life is in the balance.

It's true that people ,on the show, can take a running shot and hit a head. That is what is unreal, not hesitating to take a shot that might kill a friend.

Morgan is simply not right in the head......
 
I took an advanced self-defense combat pistol course a few years ago and one of the drills we ran was to take a "hostage" shot similar to the one presented in TWD with the wolf and the "doctor". I'm pretty sure everyone (about 15 of us) was able to successfully make the shot at about 10 yards, which is further than the people in TWD were away from the wolf. Granted, in a "real" life situation, adrenalin, heart rate, nerves, etc. all play a part, but given the alternative of giving up my gun to the wolf and being at his mercy, I would take the shot!!!! And realistically, I think the people in TWD would have too! I don't really believe they would have given up their guns and let him leave with the girl as a hostage.

.... yep, no way was I stopping just there in front of them !!!!! You would have at least killed 1/2 that group by not slowing down and then cleaned up the rest as they were limping away from the broken bikes....

.... said exactly that !!! They were alreasy aware that there was another group of mobile hostiles in the area. That woul have been enough reason to have had the RPG ready, one woooooooshhhhh and bang and that whole group on bikes would have been out of play.
 
OK... glad I was not the only one yelling at the TWD. Man, that episode actually pissed me off.
 
At this point I want some outside group to capture Morgan and torture some reality back into him.

Approximately 10 feet away with a full man sized head exposed next to a hostage I am taking the shot everytime. Was actually hoping for a replay of the scene from Speed where Keanu Reeves shoots his buddy in the leg to end the hostage standoff. Besides I wouldnt really have cared if I hit the "doctor" as she is basically worthless.

I think if Rick wasnt trying to bag the blonde chick he would put up with a lot less from her two waste of oxygen children.

And good riddance to Boss Lady. Possibly the most useless of all the residents of Alexandria with the exception of those two entitled brat kids of Rick's girlfriend.

Morgan has now become more dangerous than the zombies; at least THEY are somewhat predictable; whereas he pretends to have common sense, then just when you need him to step up... nope.

As for the tower falling on the wall; they should have been working on a solution for this accident a long time ago. Hindsight is 20/20, but jeez Rick, you should have seen this coming. Random vehicle could have hit that wall at any time with same results. Instead of all that emotional community bitching and fighting among themselves like a soap opera, they should have been building a second wall or at least a chain link FENCE, 100 feet inside the first (backup redundancy) or maybe used all that heavy machinery I saw in a previous episode to dig a mote filled with combustibles or something, heck, anything to slow down the next invasion so at least they have time to react.

So now what happens? Couple thousand zombies inside?
Gotta stop the up the hole; get some vehicles, create distractions as needed and burn the remains of the tower first, then drive a bus or truck across that gap. Then use vehicles as battering rams, AR's and AK's to thin the herd then use bulldozers to start a community-wide purge. Then as soon as the dust clears, start on that secondary barrier. Survival lesson learned: never rely on only one system!

Speed and violence of action. I believe I would have been in Carol mode regarding anything walking with a W on its forehead. Walk into the room, see the W, shoot the W while people are still trying to figure out what is going on. But I'll admit, I tend toward the Shane end of the TWD spectrum. And let's think about this... Bad guy with a W, holding a knife to a chick who isn't part of my core group, demanding I give up my gun, when there's a sh**load of walkers trying to get right up into my location. Please, BI***, try to make my choice harder. If the nurse chick was still standing where my rounds were landing, it was her fault. Bi*** shoulda ducked.

I'm beginning to think TWD has gone full retard.
 
I was also really annoyed when I saw the revolver on Carol's hip as Morgan knocked her down. Why the F*^k she didn't just shoot W guy and tell Morgan that they could talk it out after the horde of walkers was dealt with.... Oh... hello... *BANG* ...
 
I know why stand there with that cheap knuckle knife instead of just popping that wolf dude and moving on. Problem solved problem staying solved.
