The "Who is going to Blade this year" thread

I'll be there. I should have my table number tomorrow.

I've been doing inserts in wood scale sets using CNC, but have been thinking of water jet for cutting the inserts and receiver holes. CNC is good, but uses more stock. My only concern is water and wood doesn't work well together.

I'm making a point to chat with you at the show, but if you get the chance drop by my table, say hello and take a look.

I'll be attending Fri. Sat. and most likely a few hours Sun. Looking forward to meeting some of the folks who are regulars on this forum :D

I'll be there!! Table 26E. Looking forward to it! It is the only chance for me to get out of the shop.:D

Guys

I'll be going as a spectator this year, no table. For those with tables I wish you much success. For those of you I know personally I'll stop by and drive away some of your customers!

Wow. This was my first show. I have goosebumps and I am very emotional as I think of my two day. I was inspired. I was Star Struck. I was humbled, and after all I was made to feel like my humble knife, that I dared to show to few of the Knifemakers was one of finest knives they had seen. I knew it wasn't and they knew , it wasn't but They made me Proud of my work. They took time to make recommendations which I am so grateful. I made notes. I look forward to incorporating them into my knifes
I talked and shook hands with the top makers in our business. I was so humbled and So inspired at the same time. I remember now, but I really never forgot, why I choose Knifemaker as my Career and my lifestyle. My hat is off to all of the knifemakers That I met that have put their sweat and blood to make Knifemaking what it is today.

Now I have special thanks. Mr Ralph Dewey Harris, Thank you Sir. The 90 minutes you spent teaching me about folders. You did not have to but you did. I am forever in your debt. Ralph I will takes your knowledge, that you passed on to me and incorporate in to my folders. In turn I promise I will take that and pass it one in the spirit that is was passed on to me. I thank everyone that took time to teach me something.

Thank you

Ralph Harris did the same for me three years in a row. He is a very great guy who will do anything to help you. He also makes quite an incredible auto.
