While the deletion may not be the prefered way to deal with the issue I seriously doubt that any of Marion's 3 messages or Volvi's message serve constructive purpose here. IMHO too combative & accusatory. Pardon if I misunderstood something.
Just because you repeat the word Deletion on every line in every message it won't get more important, nor will it help to solve anything.

OK, breathing deeply now. Relaxing. I am convinced neither Jerry nor Andy had any nefarious motive for the deletion; they honestly wanted to see that accurate info went out. Also, I'd bet that a lesson has been learned: Deletions stir up more of a hornets nest and are usually less practical than simply adding a clarification ASAP.
In any case, I'm not worrying about the size of my SHII. If it works, it's the right size. So when do we see the "nuclear" folder?
