I am fairly new here, but am a big Wharncliffe fan. This is a Case I purchased in the mid '90's from the Parker catalog. It is 3 5/8 long. I also want to let brother & sister Forum members what a great place to hang out this place is. I have seen so many beautiful knives I never knew existed. What a treat.

Welcome Kerry from another Hoosier (born and raised in east Central Indiana). Beautiful Case!

Doug,
Thanks for the welcome and the compliment on the Case. How long have you been away from good 'ole Indiana?

Rockgolfer, I'm very close to taking the plunge on a wharnie 55 because of you. I think the wharncliffe blade shines best on the 55 and the 62 frames. Great photo!

Very sleek indeed!

Be nice to see some more Seahorses here, one of the few CASE patterns I don't have, they're never cheap to buy.

Thanks, Will

Well I am bias but its certainly a great knife. Thanks for the compliment and I dont know if you have seen this one but I know you have owned a few Charlows ;), maybe this will be the final nail :D

Yeah Don that will be in the mail Tuesday. I call my wooden shadow patterns, with no shields, "workhorses" because they're affordable and durable and folks should not be afraid to use them.:)
