The first Woodchucks will finish next week. They are a sort of spearpointish sheepsfoot bushcrefting knife.

I am excited about this design.

Andy, you're such a Friggin' tease.

Around here woodchucks are un-welcomed visitors that are quickly dispatched, or a derogatory term for local residence in my rural county.

Let's see the knife!

Big Mike

I know. I'm having a pilsner and wishing I had already finished one I could play with this weekend.

I'm a little surprised that no one asked-

How much wood can a woodchuck chuck?

You think woodchucks are a problem? I have a bobcat eating my chickens. It's gotten 4 so far, which means I'm down to 2. It jumps my 36" electric fence, grabs one and jumps out. All that remains is a pile of feathers. I would like to see the knife, though.

Why? Slow cooked with some roots, vegetables, and seasonings, they're pretty tasty :D

Edit: The why was to the unwelcome part, I understand dispatching would precede the cooking :)

Sorry about your chickens, but I still love bobcats. Can't bring myself to shoot them even when they have been killing livestock (mostly sheep around our farm)

Spear-pointish sheepsfoot....I like the sound of that. What kinda-ish handle? Bushfingerish?
