Ojibway Prairie this morning. This time the sun was up. Ojibway went through a burn about 3 weeks ago. Most of the straw from last year was burned out allowing the new growth to prosper.

Ok, now you've done it!
She Who Must Be Obeyed and I can't agree on who this is.
dsc0028s.jpg

I think it is a Least Flycatcher and She thinks it is in the Robin/Thrasher family.
Do you know?

She who must be obeyed - its a robin. I caught a good look at her mate trying to steer me away from her/him.

She is always right!:D
Thanks!

That shot of the Robin is terrific. I love the dino tree too - loads of character.

It was pretty close to my ideal day around here, weather wise: Bright and sunny, lush greenery all around, and unseasonably cool temperatures (7-12 C) to keep me happy and mosquito-free.

All the best,

- Mike
