oh ****, i made my guess for the first picture so i want to erase it. i think its a law enforcement shirt or.......... a shirt with an advertisement on it
 
Long shot but I've seen some different ones. Could it be a family coat of arms or another coat of arms?

It's a flag or towel etc. with a unversity logo/words on it.
I'm guessing the University of West Virginia.
 
After going to many many site and searching for, emerson black and yellow, emerson black and yellow knife, emerson black and yellow knife cope, cope black any yellow, emersion knife, emersion black and yellow banner, emersion sign black and yellow, and many many other things, I have no clue at all, so I am going to guess an al mar knife banner. Man this one is hard.

And for those of you that don't know what the Terrible Towel is, its the Prefered weapon for all Pittsburgh Steeler Fans. Below is an example of the Wave by Emerson ;) I thought for a minute that no one would get it without allot more hints. I can't believe it!!!:eek:
