I was pretty much blown away, when I went to my mail box on Thursday. I don't know what I was more impressed with: the beautiful, high quality PM 2 Ti custom scales I received (the fit & finish of his Ti scales, are perfect), or the unbelievably amazing, highly professional job that Casey does on his packaging, & delivery.
The presentation of his product, was simply superb! Everything was carefully packaged, from the plastic sleeves for each Titanium scale, the layers of foam to protect everything, little paper envelopes for the Titanium clip, and another for the screws & tiny allen wrench, a personal little note inside, thanking me for my business, & finally, just taking the extra time addressing the package with bold letters & Christmas forever label sticker stamps...I actually thought initially, that this was a gift from a family member.
Every business owner, could take a lesson from Casey, on how they should treat their customers! He is thee consummate professional, knows how to effectively run his business; his customer's are definitely his NUMBER 1 PRIORITY! Last but not least, his communication throughout, was constant, & he was very honest in what he promised me.
I'm totally stoked, with the level of professionalism that was provided me; absolutely stellar, & unsurpassed! :thumbup: :thumbup:
