There really is a Santa and a band of merry elves. I'm going to let the cat out of the bag, Santa lives in Post Falls, and the jolly old fat man goes under the alias of Joe Houser.
I sent Joe a Buck USA 2 line that had been ridden hard and put away wet. It had significant (i.e. 1/4") verticle and horizontal play when opened. I didn't think anything could be done to fix it.
The magic elves at Buck EXCEEDED all expectation regarding funtion and finish. WOW is all I can say. The knife looks and works better than new. THis act of technical expertise and kindness has made my Christmas season.
