Angela at SFO was kind enough to write out a list for me of the models of River City Kydex sheaths on hand. She did mention that sheaths can be made for any Spydie by Mike Sastre at River City.
Angela does have sheaths for the Starmate on hand.

Angela mentioned that any modifications on your Spydie wouldn't fit the sheaths BUT Mike Sastre of River City Sheaths (see earlier post for email address) could custom one for you.

Hi Red,

Starmate clip is straight and the Military clip has a slight curve, so your Starmate with Military clip would have to be custom fitted. No problem, because the clip heads are the same and could easily be swapped for molding the sheath. Either knife works well with sheath attached to packback straps also.

I've done a few for hip carry on the belt - anything from a fold-over belt loop to using TekLoks or mini-TekLoks and IWB loops.
