Howdy folks. Ive posted a few pictures in this forum, and lurked, but not really active here.
All over this awesome site, theres alot of Spydercos. (good thing)
But not a whole lot of Native 5s. (Not a good thing)
It seems that the spotlight gets given to the Military, Para-2, Techno, Gayle Bradley, and the Southard.
Sure, theres more models, but the "main" focus is that set.
I've only ever seen a couple, maybe 4 others, of the Native 5. So, lets see more! Especially if they're users like mine.

I use mine for everything, and it can take some heavy cutting for sure. Its just fantastic.

I've been carrying my Forum Native5 a lot lately, I love the steel and the feel in hand.

In this picture I had to cut up some carpet that had been outside for a few years gathering dust and the like. Native5 went right through it and would still slice receipt paper after. Great steel and great ergos.

Awesome!
It IS super comfy in the hand, and I think S35VN I my favorite now. It's the only steel that I can get hair-whittling sharp.

Love natives. But I will be honest my hollow grind frn sees much more use than my native 5 ffg. Im definitely in the minority.

You'll see more Natives in a month or so when the carbon S110V is released. I'll definitely post up a few pictures.

Visit Spyderco forum. There is lot of love for FFG Natives over there. I carry various Native5 for couple years and love them. 2013 Spyderco forum N5 is the cream of the crop and my most used knife since I got it. I have few other variants.

no Forum Native5. It is always in the pocket, unless it is used. :)

Love it.
Where is Orange? :)

Heh, heh... I was wondering if you were going to call me out on that, BH. I got bored with the orange G10 and replaced it with this nice timber. Much more comfortable in-hand, I might add.

For those who haven't seen the original incarnation of this knife that BH is referring to, here it is (was?):

Like many I am sure have lost count of Spydercos that I have owned. Multiples of the same series, re-acquiring the same knife a few times, etc.. After years I have come to the conclusion that (for me) the Native 5 is the best I have ever had. I absolutely adore everything about this knife.
Two things that accompany me daily..
