Thermolyne micro kiln - need instructions

I bought this micro kiln a few years ago and have finally decided to start using it. Problem is I have no idea how to control it. If anyone could give me some basic instruction on how it works that would be great. Haven't been able to find an old manual anywhere and nothing so far on youtube.

That has a proportional control. At OFF the coils don't heat. At 1, the coils heat for 10% and then are off for 90% of a cycle. At 5, the coils heat for 50% and off 50%. At 9 they heat for 90% and off 10%. At HI, it heats all the time.

For HT, you have to watch and adjust all the time. Set on HI and let it come up to the desired temp...say 800C. When it gets there, turn it down to 7 or 8. Watch for 10 minutes to see if it holds, climbs, or falls. Adjust as needed to zero in on 800. It will drop a lot when you open the door to put the blade in, so turn back to HI and let it rebound, then back to the setting previously. watch and adjust as needed. The time starts when the temp is back at 800.
